Chainsaw Safety Class

Almstead’s New Jersey Branch Manager, Ryan Duff, and Certified Arborist and Certified Tree Safety Professional, Jon Olsz, organized a Chainsaw Safety class for residents of the Lake Iosco community in Bloomington, NJ. The 2.5-hour session drew over 20 participants from the community and was praised by all who attended. Almstead arborists take part in various events such as this throughout the year in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as a way of giving back to the communities we serve.

Human Resources Director, Valerie Bowser, and ISA Certified Arborist, Marisa Del Corso were at the Almstead Table at ArborExpo in West Springfield, MA in March. They discussed career opportunities and the exciting company culture at Almstead with visitors and handed out pens, water bottles, hats and thumb drives.
